Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  Ensure the garment is unworn, unwashed, and retains all original Studio Virupa tags and sustainable packaging for approval.

  Secure Pickup

  Once your request is approved, we will schedule a complimentary courier pickup from your doorstep at a time convenient for you.

  Refund Processing

  After our studio team verifies the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
